An EPDM roof, known by the chemical name ethylene propylene diene monomer, is commonly used in new single-ply roofing projects. The material creates an excellent moisture barrier and is relatively simple to install. There are two facts that make a new installation or renovation with an EPDM roof very cost effective without sacrificing any amount of quality. The Latest Generation of EPDM Roof From Raincoat Roofing

FleeceBack is the latest application of EPDM roof technology. This new product combines an EPDM roof with a polyester fleece backing and a patented hot melt adhesive for superior bond strength. What does this mean for your company? A FleeceBack EPDM roof practically eliminates shrinkage of the rubber material but still allows the EPDM roof to expand up to 300% as seasonal temperatures fluctuate. More importantly, the final result has greater puncture and tear resistance with 25% less material.
